To be eligible for the draw, the participant must not be an employee or agent of AIA Philippines Group or any of its VENDORS, or a relative (legal, common-law, consanguinity or affinity) of any such person.

A participant can only win once. Once the name is drawn, he/she will not be eligible for the remaining prizes.

The raffle prize is not transferrable and may not be converted to cash.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold AIA Philippines Group free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.

When claiming the prize, the winner must submit proof of identity and the email and/or SMS sent to him.

By participating in the raffle, the winner agrees to cooperate with and participate in any advertising or publicity activities of AIA Philippines Group relating to the draw. The winner agrees that BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation may publicize the name of the winner in such mode and manner as BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation considers fit. Any and all expenses related to the claiming and use of the prizes shall be for the sole account of the winner.

Any taxes relative to the prizes shall be for the account of BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation.

Prizes unclaimed beyond the said claiming period shall be forfeited in favor of BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corporation.
