How to avail Vitality Nutrition Consultation (VNC)?

1. Complete the 'How well are you eating?' online assessment

   Accomplish the online assessment within six (6) months prior to the nutrition consultation to earn AIA Vitality points.

2. Book an appointment

   Advance booking is required. Set an appointment with UFC Gym or fill out the online booking form in the AIA Vitality app.

3. Present your e-Card

   Show your e-Card along with one (1) valid ID on assessment day.

4. Automatically earn points

   Points will automatically be reflected 3 to 5 days after assessment date.
