Accidental death benefit

Provides a lump sum amount to your employee’s beneficiary in case of death

Accidental dismemberment and loss of use

Provides a lump sum amount to your employee in case of loss of body part due to an accident

Accidental permanent total disability

Provides a cash benefit in case of total and permanent disability due to accident

Accidental medical reimbursement

Covers treatment costs of any medical and surgical procedure needed due to an accident, depending on your plan’s coverage

Hospital income benefit

Provides a fixed cash benefit per day of hospital confinement due to accident-related causes to replace lost income

Terms & conditions

Eligible Groups:

Employee-employer groups with at least 100 members, not involved in industries that are hazardous in nature

Eligible Insureds:

Regular, full-time and actively-at-work employees aged 18-64

This is a Group Accident plan. It is not a deposit product.

Actual terms and conditions are found in the Group Master Policy. In case of conflict, the Policy terms shall prevail.
